Job summary

Timken Company in Keene, NH seeks a Senior Quality Technician to own APQP/NPI and MOC activities, coordinating across Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure successful new product launches and changes.

You will lead FAI/PPAP submissions, drive CPk/MSA studies, maintain audits-ready documentation, and mentor junior quality staff in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing quality with progressive responsibility; APQP/PPAP/FAI and MOC exp preferred.
• Advanced understanding of GD&T, blueprints, engineering drawings, and dimensional inspection practices.
• Strong statistical skills with Cp/Cpk, MSA, and data analysis in Excel or software.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern plant APQP/NPI and MOC processes for multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead development, maintenance, and tracking of APQP schedules and milestones.
• Serve as primary plant point-of-contact for FAI/PPAP submissions and customer communications.
• Coordinate and execute complex FAI and PPAP packages per customer requirements.
• Plan, analyze CPk/MSA and other statistical studies; present findings to leadership.
• Lead plant MOC workflows and maintain auditable evidence in systems.
• Maintain product/change documentation to meet audit requirements.
• Mentor Quality Technicians and lead cross-functional change implementation teams.
• Generate dashboard-level status reports for leadership.
• Support internal and external audits related to NPI and change management.
