Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related certificate is acceptable.
• Three years of hands-on quality tech experience in industrial manufacturing (tooling/fixturing).
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators).
• Knowledge of GD&T and reading blueprints/manufacturing drawings.
• Ability to monitor/audit processes; familiarity with MS Office.
• Trade school or measurement technique training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team to identify root causes of nonconformances and define corrective actions.
• Perform 3D metrology using CMMs and 3D measurement/imaging devices.
• Set up 3D measurement sequences (Faro) and calibrate systems.
• Inspections: visual, cosmetic, and 1st article to determine release readiness.
• Contribute to process and product audits and internal quality checks.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and verify conformance to specs.
• Develop visual work instructions with stakeholders; support safety compliance.
• May work rotating shifts as business needs dictate.
