Medtronic is seeking a Principal Training & Education Specialist in the Interventional Cardiology Therapies area to develop and deliver learning solutions for field teams across Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks portfolios. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective product adoption and patient impact.

Qualifications

• Wide experience in training, sales support, marketing or clinical settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic Adobe tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a training generalist and supports cross-portfolio onboarding and training.
• Manages agendas and logistics for in-person and supplemental trainings.
• Identifies development opportunities and develops e-learning or in-person sessions.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Education to create curricula and materials.
• Maintains up-to-date training content and adapts plans for new launches.
• Designs engaging education programs to enable the commercial team to meet targets.
• Supports document control with legal, regulatory, and R&D teams.
