The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join the Wichita, KS team within Boeing Global Services Distribution. The role focuses on leading the Quality Risk Management process across the BGS network, driving improvements in QMS and regulatory compliance, and planning internal audits to ensure AS9100 compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of QMS audit experience, knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100, and the ability to collaborate across functions while traveling up

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience conducting Quality Management System audits.
• 5+ years with ISO9001 and AS9100 (Aerospace standard).
• 2+ years with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality risk management across the BGS network and develop executive reports.
• Lead improvement projects applying Quality Management Systems, Safety Management Systems and AS9100.
• Evaluate impact of new and revised regulatory requirements on BGS products and services.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Plan and lead internal Quality Management System audits for process compliance.
• Lead process surveillances for procedural compliance.
• Analyze quality incidences and audit findings to mitigate risks.
• Advise leadership on Quality Management System improvements and efficiency gains.
• Represent company in industry groups to develop quality standards.
• Consult in reviews of corrective actions to ensure root causes are addressed.
