Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to help design, test, and deploy digital solutions in regulated life sciences environments. The role connects QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing teams with eQMS/QMS platforms, data workflows, and AI-enabled quality processes.

You will own deliverables across requirements, design, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and adoption, collaborating with client teams and senior leads to ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or related field.
• Experience with quality processes such as deviations, CAPA, change control, or audits.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, and data points through interviews and workshops.
• Document process flows, functional requirements, data mappings, and interface requirements for digital quality solutions.
• Design and improve digital-quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms and data integration across systems.
• Connect QA/QC and laboratory processes across LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, ERP, and other data systems.
