Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Quality Supervisor QA/QC for a nutraceutical manufacturer. You will lead QA/QC in an FDA-regulated environment, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products meet cGMP standards.

You will supervise quality personnel, manage investigations and CAPAs, support audits, and partner with Production to promote a strong quality culture on 2nd shift. Prior dietary supplement or pharma experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a QA/QC role with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMPs, quality systems, and regulated manufacturing practices.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Must be comfortable working on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality operations within an FDA-regulated dietary supplement manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with cGMPs and internal quality standards.
• Oversee Quality Control activities while driving continuous improvement and maintaining audit readiness across the facility.
• Partner with Production and Operations teams to promote a proactive quality culture and support manufacturing excellence.
• Review quality records, investigations, deviations, and corrective actions to ensure compliance and product integrity.
• Play a key role in maintaining FDA compliance while helping to strengthen quality systems and processes.
• Supervise and develop Quality personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Support internal and external audits and help ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, consistency, and efficiency.
