Jefferson Health is seeking a Quality and Safety Senior Specialist in Montgomery County, PA. The role focuses on originating, facilitating, and expediting improvement efforts aligned with quality, safety, and HRO initiatives, using the OnPoint Safety Management System to drive project work.

You will develop and track safety metrics, communicate findings, and coach teams to embed safety principles into clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Formación

• Experience leading quality and safety improvement projects.
• Knowledge of HRO initiatives and process redesign.
• Ability to develop and track safety/quality metrics.
• Experience with risk assessment methods such as FMECA and Hazop.

Responsabilidades

• Lead divisional safety investigations and near-miss reviews.
• Facilitate safety events analysis and root cause investigations.
• Oversee SMS project communication strategies and materials.
• Develop and track SMS metrics and reports for status updates.
• Champion patient safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate with teams to embed safety principles into operations.
