Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the program's quality management system, lead Project Quality Managers, and own supplier qualifications in procurement.

This senior role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects and ISO/NQA-1 lead auditor qualifications, with executive-level communication to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ or ISO/QMS certifications and lead auditor qualifications.
• Experience as quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards, review performance, and develop staff.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; own corrective-action closure.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
