Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Corporate Process Quality Manager to lead a best-in-class quality culture and process control on the shop floor. The role focuses on integrating customer requirements (Nuclear, Military, Aerospace, NADCAP, AS9001) with the manufacturing culture and driving sustainable improvements.

The candidate will coordinate CAR systems, drive problem solving, and champion quality initiatives across all levels of the organization, including supplier audits and FMEA

Qualifications

• 'Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Metallurgy; ASQ CQE preferred.'
• 'Minimum of 7 years quality leadership experience with hands-on shop floor continuous improvement.'
• 'Six Sigma Black Belt with multiple projects completed; Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2008 or AS9100 preferred.'

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Quality and Corporate Quality Assurance Manager to develop and implement a best in class quality culture.
• Drive company-wide continuous improvement with emphasis on problem solving and process control; collaborate to advance quality.
• Support and enhance the CAR system by building teams and buy-in for improvements.
• Articulate the importance of process control to all employees at all levels.
• Lead quality culture and coordinate training efforts across the organization.
• Provide engineering support to operations to ensure consistent application of quality techniques.
