Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Corporate Systems Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and improvement of quality management systems across manufacturing operations. You will oversee customer quality requirements, supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions, partnering with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to meet quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of QA leadership in manufacturing.
• CQE and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Lead Auditor experience in ISO/AS9100, nuclear, military, aerospace or other highly regulated systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support company-wide quality management system initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Serve as management representative for quality systems and coordinate with registrars, governing bodies, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Direct quality-related functions including inspection, regulatory compliance, supplier quality, auditing programs, and contract quality.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal quality policies, regulatory standards, and industry certifications.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions; drive structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics aligned with operational and customer performance objectives.
• Support internal and external audits and customer witness activities.
