You will drive QMS, SPC, PFMEA, CAPA and control plans to improve quality, reduce defects, and stabilize processes while building a strong quality organization.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 10+ years in manufacturing quality with 5+ years in leadership, plus Lean Six Sigma or ISO certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing quality experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, SPC, PFMEA, CAPA, and Lean Six Sigma.
• ASQ, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant quality, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive QMS, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and CAPA to improve quality and process stability.
• Reduce defects, scrap, and variation through data-driven problem solving.
