Job summary

Stellantis in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a Quality Plant Engineering leader who will head the quality plant engineering team responsible for our perimeter. You will drive containment actions, root-cause analysis and ensure product/process maturity across serial life.

You will collaborate with supplier quality, cross-functional teams and plant leadership to meet ambitious quality objectives and safeguard customer satisfaction, cost, and production flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of related experience in manufacturing/quality engineering.
• Experience leading an engineering team and RCA.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Languages: English and plant language as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality plant engineering team to improve vehicle quality and process maturity.
• Define containment actions and conduct root-cause analysis with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate supplier quality activities and converge with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure safety and ramp-up readiness while maintaining production flow.
• Drive KPI performance, corrective actions, and escalation as needed.
