Stellantis is seeking a Plant Supplier Quality Engineer/Convergence Leader in Toledo to guide cross-functional teams in achieving program readiness and resolving day-to-day assembly quality issues.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, plus driving corrective actions, process robustness, and warranty reduction initiatives across supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Proficient in data analysis and data management using MS Office.
• Strong interest in automotive industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to ensure incoming part quality from the supply base.
• Drive change within Plant Manufacturing and Component Suppliers to resolve component issues.
• Ensure supplier processes are robust and capable while enforcing clean points and permanent corrective actions.
• Support warranty reduction initiatives through Obeya and Supplier Obeya initiatives.
• Develop and present status updates and articulate open issues to senior leadership.
• Drive supplier commitment and challenge action plans for quality in supplier manufacturing.
• Lead containment, root cause, and permanent corrective actions for supplier issues at Stellantis Vehicle Assembly Plant.
