Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical or business field and 5+ years in quality control.
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience documenting procedures and using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service.
• Investigate and correct customer issues related to quality.
• Supervise workers in inspection and testing to maintain productivity and quality.
• Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
• Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and objectives.
• Coordinate with production to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
• Develop inspection criteria for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Oversee calibration and testing programs and QA training.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across business units.
