Job summary

ANE Consulting is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for the 10-station MTA Design-Build State of Good Repair project in Brooklyn. The role runs from Proceed Notice through Final Completion and demands independent management of all quality issues separate from construction activities.

You will develop and implement the Quality Plan, maintain records, and ensure all QA/QC duties are fulfilled full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Resume should clearly describe prior QA/QC management duties and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated QA/QC record of assignments.
• Ability to manage and oversee project quality issues independently of construction activities.
• ASQ or ASCE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project Quality Plan.
• Manage and oversee all project quality issues independently of construction activities.
• Provide full-time Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control management.
• Maintain clear records of QA/QC duties, responsibilities, and prior assignments.
• Lead and support quality on the MTA 10-station Design-Build State of Good Repair project in Brooklyn.
• Oversee quality related to repair and/or replacement work including tiles, painting, MEP relocations, and signal equipment.
