Job summary

Stellantis seeks a Quality Function Manager for HW E/E to drive quality performance in electronic hardware from concept to launch and field monitoring. You will verify design standards, ensure process adherence, and champion robust technical solutions across Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in automotive or related industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic hardware development, module integration, validation, and diagnostics.
• Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP/PPAP, control plans, and risk management.
• Ability to assess design integrity and ensure standards compliance across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality in complex automotive programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive analysis of customer claims, warranty data, launch issues, and supplier data to identify HW E/E risk patterns.
• Ensure design integrity by verifying hardware design standards, release processes, quality checkpoints, and deliverables.
• Review design alternatives with Engineering to select robust solutions considering quality and customer impact.
• Verify DFMEA, DVP&R, validation evidence, risk assessments, and lessons learned deployment.
