Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Quality Function Manager for HW/E/E Systems to drive quality performance and ensure design integrity across electronic hardware. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in engineering.
• Strong automotive E/E background with modules, embedded hardware, vehicle networks, or energy-management systems.
• Solid understanding of electronic hardware development, integration, validation, EMC, and thermal robustness.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP, PPAP, control plans, risk management, and Lessons Learned deployment.
• Ability to assess design integrity by verifying standards compliance, process adherence, deliverable maturity, and cross-functional closure.
• Experience with Engineering, HW/SW, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Customer Care, and suppliers in automotive environments.
• Proficient with STLA tools (PLM, Quantic, Lessons Learned, Bulletin, Teamcenter, Enovia) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive analysis of claims, warranty data, defects, and field feedback to identify HW E/E risk patterns.
• Verify design integrity by enforcing hardware design standards, release processes, quality checkpoints, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Engineering to review alternatives and select robust technical solutions.
• Ensure DFMEA, DVP&R, validation evidence, detection plans, risk assessments, and Lessons Learned are robust.
• Release structured quality reports at milestones with status, risk, gaps, and recovery plans.
• Drive root-cause analysis across hardware, software interaction, supplier manufacturing, and service processes.
• Ensure quality execution for BCM, RFHM, Secure Gateway, Zonal Control Unit, 12V BEM systems.
• Assess supplier design/process maturity including traceability, failure analysis, CP, testing, and containment.
• Manage risks, deviations, and open quality points with clear ownership and escalation.
• Capitalize Lessons Learned into standards, checklists, validation criteria, and audits.
• Support launch readiness via hardware maturity, PPAP status, diagnostics readiness, and service procedures.
• Lead technical reviews with Engineering, HW/SW, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Suppliers.
