Job summary

MetalTek International Carondelet Division is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality department, ensuring compliant products are produced and shipped on time. You will review customer orders, maintain quality systems, write procedures, conduct audits, and identify training needs.

The role includes material testing and inspection, plus implementing systems to reduce errors and costs while increasing throughput.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 7–10 years of quality systems experience.
• Strong technical skills and foundry experience desired.
• Experience with ISO 9001-2008, NORSOK, PED, ASME Section 9.
• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, ASTM, 10 CFR50, NQA1 / NCA3800 preferred.
• Able to support customer audits.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for MetalTek International Carondelet Division quality department to ensure compliant products are produced and shipped on time.
• Handle customer order contract review and maintain systems compliance.
• Write and maintain Carondelet procedures; conduct audits and identify training needs.
• Responsible for material testing and inspection of incoming and outgoing product/services.
• Implement systems to monitor and continually improve to reduce errors and costs and support increased throughput.
