JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Quality Manager - Federal to lead quality assurance across designated projects in the federal sector. This role focuses on developing and supervising QA programs, ensuring compliance with contract documents and company policy, and coordinating with field and office teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or a related field.
• 8+ years of construction quality-related experience.
• 0-2 years of mentoring or team leadership experience.
• Ability to travel as required.

Mansioni

• Create project-specific Quality Plans and assign accountability.
• Update Water Intrusion Plans and ensure quality plans are current.
• Prepare the Project Quality Status Report for monthly review.
• Coordinate national initiatives and quality programs.
• Oversee major quality issues and reports.
• Provide quality guidance to project teams and partners.
• Interpret requirements for quality construction methods.
• Lead QA constructability reviews on projects.
• Develop quality-related training programs.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.
