Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years construction quality-related experience.
• 0-2 years mentoring or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create project-specific quality plans and update accountability assignments.
• Coordinate quality support for a group (process and people).
• Maintain the Project Quality Status Report and ensure updates.
• Lead quality training programs with internal staff and partners.
• Review submittals for accuracy and ensure compliance.
