Kratos Microwave, a Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. company, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead onsite in Folsom, CA. The role develops and sustains a comprehensive QMS aligned with AS9100, ensuring product quality, safety, and reliability for aerospace customers.

You will oversee a quality team, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality management within aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
• AS9100 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS compliant with AS9100 and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate AS9100 certification and recertification audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality professionals.
• Monitor processes, conduct internal audits, and drive CAPA.
• Prepare quality performance reports for leadership.
• Support customer/regulatory audits and supplier quality management.
