A leading company is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager for the TrainAI program. This role involves driving quality standards, managing a team, and enhancing quality frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data management and a leadership background, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a collaborative environment.
As the Sr. Quality Manager, you will drive quality standards across the TrainAI program and ensure that all quality services, solutions, and related initiatives meet our business objectives and serve the strategic growth.
Right now, we are looking for a skilled AI professional whose primary focus will be the improvement of our quality framework and processes within the data services team for TrainAI. You’ll be able to directly influence how the supporting tools are developed and tailored to our specific needs from quality perspective, you’ll create strategies and drive projects around effective data collection, and you will lead and guide a team of quality specialists.
This is a senior role that will require both strategic oversight as well as a strong hands-on approach on a task level.

Base Pay
$85,000 - 95,000 / year
Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
