Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing quality experience with emphasis on energy/industrial systems.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ASQ standards, and quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust quality processes for manufacturing, testing, and validation.
- Lead ISO9001 certification initiatives.
- Embed quality into design and process via cross‑functional collaboration.
- Lead CAPA activities and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain quality documentation (FMEA, control plans, SOPs).
- Audit processes and suppliers for compliance.
