Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum five years of quality experience in EPC or industrial.
• Associates degree with minimum eight years of quality experience.
• High school graduate with fifteen years of experience in construction and ten years in quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of a contract-specific Project Quality Plan.
• Ensure quality staff is adequately assigned and trained.
• Implement and oversee a Quality Assurance Program in construction.
• Lead and mentor junior QA/QC personnel.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and enforce safety culture.
