Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe seeks a Senior Quality Manager for Repair & Overhaul to lead quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across a high-volume aerospace repair station. You will ensure FAA Part 145 and AS9100 compliance, drive CAPA, risk management, and customer satisfaction while partnering with Operations, Engineering and Regulatory Affairs.

The role demands 10+ years in aerospace quality leadership, strong audit experience, and a proven track record in Lean/Six

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive quality leadership in aerospace, MRO, or repair environments.
Experience with FAA Part 145 and aerospace regulatory requirements.
AS9100 quality systems knowledge and related audits.
Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all R&O quality functions.
Ensure FAA Part 145 and AS9100 compliance across the site.
Lead CAPA, root cause analysis, risk management and preventive actions.
Partner with Operations to improve repair quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
Act as senior interface for customer quality concerns and escalation management.
