Job summary

Link Technical Talent is seeking a Quality Manager for a premier metals/aerospace manufacturer in New Castle, PA. You will lead quality initiatives, maintain QMS, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement while supporting customer certifications and compliance.

The role requires leadership of QA personnel, collaboration across functions, and occasional travel to support audits. A full relocation package and strong benefits accompany a competitive salary of $100k–$140k with annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Quality leadership experience within metals manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, automotive or related industries.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and certification management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers, audits and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage external and internal audits, customer audits, and corrective action programs.
• Lead and develop Quality Assurance personnel supporting premium product lines.
• Support customer quality requirements and promote a strong culture of quality.
• Travel occasionally to support customers, audits, and business requirements.
