Job summary

Refresco in Alabama is seeking a QA Technician to join our beverage production site. You will monitor microbiology programs, perform in-process quality checks and testing, and ensure GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance while maintaining clear records and proper PPE.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 3–4 years QA experience in manufacturing, laboratory background, and proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of QA in manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.
• Laboratory experience required.
• GMP, HACCP, SQF knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain microbiology program, in-process quality, and lab testing.
• Ensure accurate test results with calibrated lab equipment.
• Conduct production line checks and act as QA contact.
• Prepare product samples and send to 3rd party labs.
• Document QA activities per SOP and delegate tasks as needed.
