Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to lead project quality efforts across complex building initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or project management required.
• ASQ CCQM certification preferred.
• ASQ CQT certification preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes project quality plans and ensures compliance with DPR standards and client requirements. Aligns on roles and responsibilities with project team members to support quality implementation plan execution.
• Leads quality inspections and audits, tracks results, and supports resolution of nonconformance items, including investigating quality non-conformance items at the project level.
• Collaborates with project and field teams to integrate quality requirements into project schedules, deliverables, and subcontractor coordination.
• Evaluates data to identify recurring issues, recommend corrective actions, and documents and shares lessons learned.
• Provides training and guidance to project team members and trade partners on quality requirements and best practices.
• Contributes to development of process improvements and supports roll-out of updated quality processes and information at the project level.
