Finlays Solutions in Glenview, IL is seeking a Senior Quality Lead - Co-manufacturing to own the quality systems across third-party manufacturing networks, including co-packers and warehouses. This role ensures compliance with quality, food safety, and customer requirements while building a robust program.

The position is hybrid with regular onsite presence in Glenview and travel to co-manufacturing sites about 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or food field.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality, Food Safety, or Technical roles within food manufacturing.
• Auditing experience; must plan, conduct and report supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern US-based quality and food safety systems for third-party manufacturing.
• Standardize quality expectations across co-manufacturers and external partners.
• Create structure where processes are immature or ambiguous with clear workflows.
• Lead QA/QC programs including specs, analytical testing plans, and verification.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct onsite supplier audits.
• Travel ~30% to co-manufacturing sites.
