Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the quality system, direct Project Quality Managers, and set supplier and contractor quality standards.

You will represent the client in regulatory audits and manage corrective actions to closure. The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with senior-level auditing credentials and experience with regulated programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects with 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE / CQA and ISO 9001 lead auditor qualifications are required or strongly preferred.
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set performance standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and procurement quality requirements.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; oversee corrective-action closure.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
