Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct managers, and own supplier and contractor qualifications in procurement.

You will represent the client in regulatory audits and report performance to executives. The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, 5+ years directing quality teams, and relevant certifications (ASQ CMQ‑OE/CQA; ISO 9001 lead

Qualifications

10+ years in quality on capital projects.
5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
Certifications in quality management and audits (ASQ CMQ-OE/CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor).
NQA-1 lead auditor qualification is a strong plus.
Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third‑party audits; own corrective-action closure.
Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
