Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector III to perform complex receiving, in-process and final inspections of materials, weldments, assemblies and finished equipment, interpreting drawings, specifications and ASME Code requirements.

This senior role collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues, maintain inspection records and support customer, third-party and internal inspections while driving continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive quality inspection experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience inspecting pressure-retaining components, heat exchangers or vessels is a plus.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances; ASME knowledge helpful.

Responsabilités

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of materials, weldments, assemblies and finished equipment.
• Inspect equipment for compliance with quality requirements and ASME Code as applicable.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, weld symbols, BOMs and inspection requirements.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation throughout manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to address nonconformances.
