Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily QC inspections across manufacturing processes. You will supervise inspectors, coordinate inspections, and support production while ensuring compliance with ASME codes and customer specifications.

• : Requires high school diploma or GED; prefers technical education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years in quality control inspection in manufacturing, welding, pressure vessels, piping or related environments.
• Experience in leading a team and coordinating inspections.
• Knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements.

Responsabilidades

• : Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Quality Control Inspectors performing receiving, in-process, final, and source inspections.
• : Plan, prioritize, and assign inspection activities based on production schedules and resources.
• : Oversee inspection and testing activities for ASME Code and non-Code products, including pressure vessels and piping.
• : Ensure compliance with ASME Codes, drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.
• : Review and verify inspection reports, material certifications, test records, and weld documentation for accuracy.
• : Coordinate inspections with Authorized Inspectors and third-party agencies.
• : Maintain calibration program for inspection equipment.
• : Identify nonconformances and support corrective actions.
• : Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
• : Monitor workflow, labor hours, and resources to meet objectives.
• : Provide guidance on inspection methods and welding requirements.
• : Support nondestructive examination and test activities.
• : Participate in ISO 9001 audits and maintain quality records.
• : Train and develop QC personnel.
• : Communicate expectations and priorities to the team.
