Axon is hiring a Quality Inspector at our Phoenix, AZ site. You will inspect raw, in-process, and finished goods per inspection plans, read engineering drawings, and use a range of metrology tools to ensure product quality.

The role reports to the Quality Control Supervisor and requires an Associates degree or equivalent experience, with IPC-A-610 and Green Belt preferred. Responsibilities include executing tests, documenting results, and maintaining laboratory equipment and databases.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• IPC-A-610 certification preferred.
• Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Experience with ISO standards and quality concepts is expected.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine and non-routine inspections of raw, in-process and finished goods to evaluate quality.
• Read and interpret 2D prints/CAD to guide inspections and tests.
• Perform push/pull tests using specified equipment to qualify parts.
• Conduct non-destructive and destructive testing to support root cause investigations.
• Maintain QC database and calibration of equipment.
• Ensure conformance to Axon 7S and other standards.
