Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Quality Inspector III to perform detailed mechanical inspections of raw materials, components and assemblies. You will read engineering drawings, generate inspection records, and ensure adherence to customer specifications through First Article and in-process inspections.

The role requires expert GD&T knowledge, CMM programming ability, and strong data analysis for SPC/CPK reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred.
• ASQ certification preferred.
• 6+ years in a production environment.
• Experience in clean room preferred.
• CMM programming experience strongly desired.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and specs at expert level.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspection to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Inspect raw materials, components, assemblies.
• Lead First Article / First Piece inspections.
• Measure complex components and assemblies.
• Generate inspection and nonconformance reports.
• Interpret GD&T on drawings, travelers and specs.
• Audit Quality Control processes for compliance.
• Train Level 1 and Level 2 inspectors.
