Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector to lead manufacturing quality inspection activities on the Dallas floor. You will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections against drawings, specs, control plans, and acceptance criteria.

You will train and mentor other inspectors, interpret prints, and document results in Smartsheet and related systems while promoting safe, quality-focused operations on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection plans.
• Experience training and mentoring new or less-experienced staff.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters and related tools.
• Experience entering inspection results in Smartsheet or similar systems.
• Ability to work on the production floor with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing quality inspection activities on the production floor.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections per specs.
• Train and mentor new Quality Inspectors.
• Document inspection results and nonconformances.
• Support audits and containment actions.
