Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering prints and interpret tolerances and specs.
• Proficiency with inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing quality inspection on the production floor.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections per drawings and specs.
• Train and mentor new hires and junior inspectors on inspection methods.
• Document results in Smartsheet and other quality systems.
• Identify nonconforming materials and support corrective actions.
