Job summary

Premier PV in Dallas-area manufacturing is seeking a Production Assembly Operator to assemble, test, and inspect components to meet quality and dimensional standards. You will support the production team and help uphold safety and quality.

The role requires basic reading of work instructions, teamwork, and attention to detail; prior manufacturing is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read and operate work instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, components of finished products according to established work instructions.
• Perform routine quality check on assembles goods, identify and reporting defects to Supervisor and/or Management,
• Operator and monitor assembly machinery, tools, and equipment safely to ensure efficient production.
• Maintain accurate production records, track material usage, and report any issues to Supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and keep workstation clean and organized.
