Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector to join our team in Michigan.

This role focuses on in-process quality inspections during production, working closely with Quality and Manufacturing to uphold high standards for our customers. You will use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges, collect quality records, and participate in audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, technical/business school, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning software programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective problem solving and analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality inspections on product as it is being produced.

• Provide task guidance, direction or skills training to other nonexempt personnel

Job Description: Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector to join our team! This role is responsible for performing quality inspections during the production process. You will work closely with the Quality and Manufacturing teams to maintain a high level of quality for our customers.

Responsibilities

Commensurate with experience The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
