Job summary

ERA Industries LLC seeks a detail-oriented Quality Verification Specialist to support final and receiving inspections, verify dimensional attributes, and document findings on the shop floor. The role emphasizes rigor, accuracy, and timely communication within a manufacturing environment.

You will backstop FAIR reporting, assist with gage R&R, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, organized work area and a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing performing product verification.
• Solid understanding of GD&T and blueprint maps relevant to verification activities.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support final and receiving inspection requirements, including visual/dimensional verification.
• Back up for ballooning/FAIR reporting and documentation during overloads.
• Perform manual setup verification activities besides CMM work.
• Conduct repetitive inspections and sorting with large sample sizes.
• Review in-process product on the floor during fabrication.
• Report out-of-tolerance conditions and assist investigations on the shop floor.
• Assist with gage R&R and capability activities as required.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Director of Quality.
• Maintain a positive attitude, punctuality, and organized workspace.
• Team-oriented work and contribution to QMS improvements.
