Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, engineering, or performance improvement.
• 2–3 years’ experience in healthcare, performance improvement, or project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to coordinate projects across many functional units with PM tools.
• Ability to lead and execute large-scale projects impacting clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Program/Portfolio Management for related projects within the QPI portfolio.
• Facilitate planning and development of quality plans tied to annual quality goals.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure analytics support for projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary meetings and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship on QI tools and approaches.
