UChicago Medicine in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Experience Improvement and Innovation Program Manager for the Patient Experience department. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at Hyde Park at least 3 days a week, with flexibility based on weekly demands and the greater Chicagoland area.

You will lead efforts to set and execute continuous improvement initiatives, translate patient feedback into actionable changes, coach leaders, and partner with clinical, financial, and operational

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management and/or change management experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Health Systems.
• Demonstrated project and time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with UCM leadership to assess opportunities for improvement that integrate patient voice feedback with evidence-based practices.
• Drive execution of patient experience communications to maintain awareness and align cross-functional efforts.
• Build leadership partnerships, providing project management and change management expertise to lead improvement plans.
• Coach providers, leaders and staff to create exceptional experiences and deliver meaningful feedback.
• Perform data analysis to communicate insights and enhance storytelling about patient experiences.
