Oracle is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Engineer - Factory Quality to join our Quality organization and help ensure the quality, reliability, and manufacturing readiness of complex hardware products.

This role interfaces with California-based manufacturing partners and cross-functional engineering teams to identify factory quality risks, apply RCCA and risk-based actions, and support successful product ramps and ship readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IQC, OQC, and OBA to ensure factory quality and product readiness.
• Identify factory quality risks with manufacturing partners and drive root cause and corrective actions to closure.
• Use RCCA methodologies and risk assessments to protect manufacturing delivery, outgoing quality, and field reliability.
