Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Business Systems Analysts on QA best practices.
• Oversee QA, testing, automation, metrics, reporting, and defect reduction.
• Review test plans and manage bug-tracking lifecycle and performance testing.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and reporting for software projects.
• Establish downstream QA practices across cross‑functional teams.
• Provide visibility into quality during development and before releases.
• Improve test plan creation, test cases, and QA metrics.
• Collaborate with development, PM, business, and other teams.
• Manage an offshore QA team.
• Perform performance reviews and manage personnel processes.
• Train and mentor direct reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
