Qualifications

• 7–10 years of testing experience, including 4–5 years in automation.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring test automation teams.
• Strong Java expertise and understanding of core concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation tool evaluations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of automated test strategies.
• Lead a team of quality automation engineers.
