Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead risk management, DVT, and CAPA across NPI and mature products in Minnesota. You’ll drive cross-functional reviews, validate test methods, and ensure traceability from design inputs to test results. Occasional travel (~10%) may be required as you partner with suppliers and internal teams to uphold CPC’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Proficient with Quality System Regulations and ISO QMS standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional meetings to align risk, NPI, and production quality.
• Provide input to Design Engineering on component technology and reliability.
• Develop, review, and approve design control documentation.
• Lead CAPA processes and ensure effectiveness and closure.
• Ensure correlation and traceability of measurements between in-process and receiving inspection.
• Collaborate with suppliers and CPC teams to develop valid test methods and validation plans.
