Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a seasoned Quality/Construction Manager to lead the 3‑Phase Quality Control process on complex government‑related projects. You will ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, review design documents, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and third‑party testers.

Applicants should have a 10+ year track record in large scale construction, familiarity with EM 385‑1‑1, and strong communication skills to guide teams on military bases and sensitive systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
• Must have 10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager on similar type and size construction.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a QC Manager.
• Must be familiar with EM 385‑1‑1.
• Ability to work on sensitive projects involving critical systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead M.C. Dean's Quality Management System on the assigned project.
• Control of Documents and Records and nonconforming installation.
• Initiate, follow‑up, and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and submit daily quality control reports.
• Participate in daily ORM meetings and project reviews.
• Coordinate third‑party peer design and testing agencies.
