Job summary

Giga Energy seeks a senior quality professional to own transformer quality at our Houston factory. You will build and maintain ISO 9001 systems and personally execute IQC, IPQC, FAT, and OQC inspections against IEEE, ANSI, and UL standards.

You'll lead supplier quality, manage NCR/FAI, and drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements while tracking KPIs and representing quality with customers during FAT witnessing and on-site audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ years in the Transformer industry.
• Strong understanding of transformer manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own transformer quality end-to-end at the Houston factory.
• Build and run ISO 9001 quality system; execute IQC/IPQC/FAT/OQC inspections.
• Lead plant quality technicians and manage NCR/SCAR documentation.
