Job summary

PNC is seeking a Quality Engineer Specialist Sr to join its Technology - Digital Retail team. Based in one of several cities, you will design and own testing for complex flows, lead SIT/Regression planning, and ensure quality across UI, API, and integration layers.

Collaboration with developers, QA peers, and product owners is essential. You will mentor junior QEs, review automation coverage, and contribute to CI/CD improvements while maintaining traceability and risk management across releases.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years in QA or testing.
• Certifications desirable.
• Experience with enterprise web applications testing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reviews test strategies and plans.
• Identifies resource and environment gaps; escalates issues.
• Monitors risks and defects; ensures ECO-compliant reporting.
• Delivers test summaries for technology leaders and stakeholders.
