Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for its Rocket Motor Systems group in McHenry, MS. You will define, develop, and execute processes that deliver reliable defense and space hardware, working across design, test, and manufacturing teams.

You will drive quality at design reviews and TRRs, lead root-cause analyses for test issues, and ensure measurement systems, data capture, and traceability meet strict standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in Quality Engineering, esp. test quality or R&D quality in regulated hardware.
• Experience interpreting industry quality standards (AS9100/ISO9001).
• Proficient with RCA, CAPA, nonconformance, FAI, GD&T, inspection plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable quality processes for solid rocket motor programs.
• Define quality framework for test operations including testing readiness and data review.
• Validate measurement chains and sensor calibration for data with quantified uncertainty.
• Lead RCCA investigations for test anomalies and nonconformances.
• Support new test facilities and manufacturing cells with quality infrastructure.
• Own quality data architecture for test campaigns and traceability.
